Today we begin our third lesson on the history of Newgrange.
At the end of this lesson, you will have learnt about the importance of the artwork at Newgrange and you will form an opinion on the people who created Newgrange.
Group Work:
In groups of three or four I will give you each an image of an artefact from Newgrange. You will look at this image in detail and fill out an enquiry sheet given to you in class. You will then present your work to the class.

You will create a piece of pottery or an Orthostadt from clay.
You must decorate it with pre-historic designs.
